Welcome, Sixth Graders and Families! I am so excited for the school year to begin and to meet you. I am sure that we are going to have a great year together. The most important things you can do to ensure success are:
- Pay close attention. I never give trick questions and I never expect you to know something that we haven't discussed. My job is to teach you how to be a top-notch learner.
- Come prepared. Bring all of your supplies and your work and be ready to learn.
- Ask questions...lots of them! My goal is to help you understand, so please be sure to ask if you don't understand. If you don't feel comfortable asking during class, be sure to approach me separately.
- Have fun! We are going to have a great year! I can't wait to meet you!
